We were in the depths of Upper Wadi Digla, off the Old Ain Sukhna Road for Hash 1487. Yes, your scribe wasn't there again, but Easy Ride Herr did superb notes as usual. Before we headed off, The Duke called lots of newcomers into zee circle: Hamid, a physician from Cairo; a beautiful lady from the German Embassy called Ulrike; Neil, his wife and their nine-month-old baby, who wanted to bite Easy Ride Herr's hand; Mitch, a cowboy from California (single); Mirrow, who works as a red bird, from California, too (married); Kapazin (French); Mademoiselle Opi from Indonesia with her girlfriend Neisa, from Indonesia as well (both just havin' fun in Cairo; the lovely Virginia from zee US (studying French); and Kerry from Darfour (a political refugee from the US). There were also some very late arrivals who turned up with Wayne and tried to catch the runners: Mitch, Melanie and Joe.

Anyway, Easy Ride Herr, Hareing today, went on the walk, heading south from zee best RV ever, 1km to the 1st check, down in a flat valley be4 zee 1st false trail occurred. As we arrived at the legendary Mount Basha, zee Hares had prepared another stupid false trail. The right direction, south again, lead us to an ancient Pharaonic village where some nice young naked nubiles offered us ice-cold Cuba libres and other erotic cocktails (Yes, I'm indulging one of my fantasies - isn't it wonderful!). The walk was full of false trails - even the 2 hares nearly got lost. After a waiting check, the walkers discovered a little wadi which was decorated with beautiful black and white plastic bags from Metro, Carrefour and Seoudi supermarkets.

The next check was a big, special kind of check, with the lentils in 2 big circles with a big spot in zee centre - yes, a titties check. From zee titties we found zee right way very soon, until we reached another extra female check. (I leave the artistry to your imagination). After 3 more km the walkers reached the RV.

At zee RV, Wesley called welcomes the virgins again and asks them intelligent questions and receives silly answers: zee majority liked the walk very much, only Kim says the walk was harder than the long, long distance run. This has never happened b4. Meanwhile, the Hares had prepared yummy snacks like ful wa taamiya, babaghanough, salads, chipsy, mahshi kromb, beers and so on (Siberian Sex Bomb and Lubricant were their helpful kitchen assistants). Zee Religous Adviser calls all kid hashers into the Circle and honours them with a very loud CH3-song and a big down down (water only...). But the little Swiss fellow Cedric escapes. He gets special treatment from Ayatollah Stewart (määääääääh) `cause he ran today zee whole long distance with the old, grey Hashers!

So Chief Hare Doc Stanley Livingstone has to punish a naughty Hasher. He gives Mr Jürg, the strong runner from the holy cheese and paradise of Switzerland (odddrrrrhhh), an ice-cold bath for his bare feet, using a baby bath, the first Hasher to do so. I don't remember why. The next victims 4 zee block of ice bath are Steffie (TDF, Three Dogs F***ing), Annie, Opie, John R (the famous invalid), Rod, Da Ya Think I'm Sexy? (La, inta mish sexy habeebi!) and Annie (NL). Mary Fran calls up the birthday boys and girls: Martin (Hand Solo), now 51; Steffie, 22; and Philophenia (NL), now 32 - her husband Wim Delin bought her a new apron. As for the non-in-signers: as always the famous Useless (still wearing the World War II Panzer helmet from last CH3 Mad Hatters Day!); Lubricant; R-hole; Steffie (TDF); John, Gerhard (bath tub swimmer!); Black End Pepper. Wayne has to stand in his shoes in zee bath tube, ass well Dr Bassem (4 talking 2 much).

And now the raffle: there was a nice raffle again with prizes like Martini, beer, special cocktails. After the Circle, Easy Ride Herr Frank invites everybody on behalf of all the Hares 4 zee ON-ON in the desert, next to zee RV with a bonfire). Easy Ride Herr would like to thank again all Hashers who have generously donated clothes and other items for the poor people in Moqattam. He was there on Thursday, Sept. 18th and had only 1 min. to deliver some staff (police insisted on being quick because a big hungry and jealous crowd were running in his and Tareq's direction - just to get a plastic bag with basic food. He will be driving their at least once a week. Old clothes and so on are always welcome. The Hash was really great again. The Hares did wonder a bit why the majority of the Hashers left b4 7:30pm. (Maybe the way through zee desert to the Old Ain Soukhna Road was too dark and dangerous, malesh!). Please, bring lights (lamps and so on) to the BBQ Hash. On-On!!
