As always in beautiful Masr: very nice and sunny weather,
blue sky and a lot of thirsty Hashers today. And numbers was up. The
crowd was welcomed by GM Darren and
we called in all virgins there were:

3 1/2 months (researcher at the British Council)

Some old rabbits said: the walk was for the old beoble (but
this was not true!!!), because it was too long and the run was for the old, too, but a
bit dirty. Absolutely NO.Both, run andwalk, were very well organised, they had a few
holding and running checks.
The
Circular Circle
After the walk and run GM Darren opened the circle again at 15:40 h and gave the order
to the Hares to have an ice-cold DD
with ¡®Here's to them!¡¯Time for our Stewart, the
Religious Manager, to pick out Bad B who went in the wrong
direction and came very late back from the walk. He was nearly crying because
he felt very lonely all alone in the big desert – the poor dude. He had to drink a DD with the ¡®4 Skin Song¡¯, sung by Kim. A DD also went to Augustin for sex on the Hash (running up on
the girls), as well as Sherif and his girlfriend for having sex on the hash
as well (Haraaaam!). They got the song, again by the Cairo opera star Kim:
¡®Beeeeer, beeer... lotś a lotś of beeeeer, lotś a lotś of beeer¡¯;
down-down-down-down¡¯. Meanwhile, Peter (The
Machine) had left his car running and this was worthyof a DD with: ¡®Drink it down, Zulu warrior, drink it down¡¯. Bill Bosworth had become
the father of a little whippersnapper on Xmas and could not come to the Lonely
Hash on 26.12.08. We congratulated him with a nice DD and the song: ¡®Aye -
Zumba-Zumba ya, Aye Zumba-Zumba ya¡¯ and he was sehr happy. All the best for his little boy and
his wife and for him as well!EasyRideHerr and Jürg got a DD for no reason at all with the song: ¡®My Bonny lies over the ocean¡¯, down-down-down-down, refrain! The reason was they were well shaved today!

Of course we had some lost camels as always. The non-signers
were: Kate, Jenny Brown, Sarah and YüsürKefir, and Frank (EZ-RideHare) a DD for his
10th Hare on 2.1.2009: "It¡¯s a Hash House sin, when they don't sign in¡¯. Now we come to the naming of Sir Ian Lingquist, the Reindeer from Sweden. Proposals were: First Skin; Coming
Linguist; Engineering B***ard; BornKing; Ei-Ei; Careless Born; Handicapped Balls; Can¡¯t Get It In and Missed The Hole. He got two names – Coming Linguist and Can¡¯t Get It In – and was well baptised with the holy sands of the Sahara and got a large DD: "5 - 4 -
3 - 2 - 1!"Little Adam and little Keith
got a ¡®Coke¡¯
DD afterwards for being the best (and first) hunters today on the
walk. Kim sang: "They are short, shorty short.... down-down-down!"After that the GM Bratwurschtexplained the next week
(23.1.2009) CH3 location is near the Old Ain Sukhna Roadafter the little toll station. We all had some beers
together and a good chat. The On-On was at the famous Dragon House in Maaaadi (mayday-mayday!). On-On!!
